Thank you for registering at Reptster.com. By registering for a Reptster account you agree to abide by the rules listed below.

Reptster.com was created for the community we reserve the right to remove anything posted in any section of the site that is offensive or troubling to the community. We want everyone to have there say and there opinion, however please keep it clean and respectful.

A classified account may be purchased under an individuals name or a business name. If an account is opened under a business name the business will be verified by a member of the Reptster team.

The classified section is for listing reptile and amphibians and item relevant to reptile an amphibians only. Any post outside of these parameters will be removed with the exception of the “trades” section. In the trades section you can list other items to trade as long as you are attempting to trade for anything related to reptiles or amphibians.

All ads must be posted in the appropriate section. If there is not a section for your item contact us, if it is not reptile or amphibian related we will not create a category for it. However we are human if we missed something we will add it. Everything listed for sale within the ad must comply with the section it is in. Please do not post an ad containing different animals that belong in different sections. If you are listing a python and a boa the python must be in the python section and the boa in the boas. However it is acceptable to post many pythons in the pythons section in one ad.

As a classified account holder you are allowed to post classified ads for your items only. This website was not free to create and it is not free to maintain. If your friends, family or employees want to sell there animal please ask them to create there own account. We give away our husbandry software (Traxter), Reptpedia, Forums, and Community sections. This is a section where we generate revenue to pay for it all. Please respect that. If you are found to be posting ads for items that are not your own we will remove the ad and remind you of the rules, if you violate this again we will terminate your account until we can guarantee your compliance with this rule.

As a classified account holder you are responsible to the community for what you post. You are also responsible legally for anything arising from what you post. Please obey all laws as Reptster Inc. will fully cooperate with any authority whether it is federal, state, or local on any issues that may arise.

Any account holder who wishes to devote his or her time and energy posting negatively about other vendors or buyers and there business whether a Reptster member or not should concentrate there efforts to Fauna Classifieds, Board of Inquiry. If an issue arises with one of our vendors or buyers contact us directly by phone or email. If we can substantiate your claim we will contact the other party in an attempt to fix the situation. If we cannot come to a resolution acceptable to both parties we could permanently remove the vendor. Any vendor with two open complaints will be suspended until both complaints are resolved.
